Jade Schuckman, R.Ph.
Jade Schuckman is a licensed pharmacist that graduated from the Purdue University School of Pharmacy in 1997. Jade is the owner of Medicine Plus.  He has received specialized training in the area of customized hormone replacement therapy, pain management, adrenal fatigue, thyroid hormones, nutritional supplementation, and weight loss management.  Jade is a member of the International Academy of Compounding Pharmacists, Professional Compounding Centers of America, National Community Pharmacists Association, and the Indiana Pharmacists Alliance.

Brenna Schuckman, R.Ph.
Brenna Schuckman is a graduate of the Purdue University School of Pharmacy class of 1998.  She has devoted her career to the practice of community retail pharmacy.  Brenna works at the Medicine Plus Pharmacy with her husband Jade Schuckman.  She has continued her education by attending seminars on the topics of nutritional supplements, customized hormone replacement therapy, adrenal fatigue, and thyroid hormones.

Corry Pate, Pharm.D.
Corry Pate is a staff pharmacist and has worked at Medicine Plus since 2006.  She graduated from Purdue University with her Doctor of Pharmacy in 2001.  She completed an ASHP accredited residency at the University of Tennessee – Memphis in Drug Information and Pharmacotherapy in 2002.  During her residency, she taught classes for the University, staffed at a transplant hospital as well as served on the Pharmacy and Therapeutics Committee for the facility, managed and adjusted patients on anticoagulation and diabetic therapy, and became certified in immunization based therapies and delivery.  Corry has experience in the pharmaceutical industry, managed care, hospital, university, and retail settings. She has completed Professional Compounding Centers of America Compounding Techniques and hormone replacement continuing education seminars.
